Medical providers who assist those harmed in vehicle accidents have the opportunity to be paid by the victim’s vehicle insurance if the victim is seen within the first 14 days after an accident. Whether you or another provider was the first person to see the victim, you may be entitled to have some or all of your bills covered by PIP if the $10,000 limit has not yet been reached.

Additionally, if you have already been paid out on a PIP case, it is possible, even likely, that you still have additional funds coming to you for improper payments by those policies.
